FraterFest Challenge: A Texas Crossword Massacre

Posted October 8, 2012 in Event, Giveaway / 10 Comments

Today’s challenge is a crossword puzzle of creepiest kind.  So tear out your brains and lay them in front of you because you’re going to need to pick at those brain cells.  Well, okay, it’s not THAT hard but you may need to go visit Rhiannon’s website and/or blog for some help *wink wink, nudge nudge*

Directions: The crossword puzzle is in an Acrobat .pdf file and each box can be typed directly into.  Please note: I’m not that savvy with Acrobat so you have to click on each box to fill it in, the cursor just doesn’t move to the correct next box – sorry!!

You can do one of two things to get your answers to me:

  1. Save the file to your computer (desktop is always great for a quick delete later), complete the crossword, then email it back to me with your name.  Email it to myparahangover@gmail.com ~ Make sure you save your answers in the file (just save over the original) before you email me 🙂
  2. Open the file, print it, then email me with your answers when your done to same email address above.

What do you get for all this hard work?  NOTHING!  Ha!  Fooled ya!  I’m going to let you decide what you want – I’m offering a $15 gift card to Amazon or Barnes & Noble (your choice for you US residents) or $15 worth of books from Book Depository for you International blokes (as long as BD delivers to you).

All those that submit a puzzle, right or wrong, get one entry.  All those that submit correct puzzles get an additional entry.  You must be signed up as a participant in FraterFest to be entered into the drawing for the prize.  I’ll be putting the entries onto an Excel spreadsheet and then letting Random.org go at it.  If you don’t like those odds, sorry.  That’s the way I roll 😀

Good Luck and email or tweet me if you have any problems!!

(see those shiny social icons up to the right? Yup, that’s where you can find me… I’m lazy…)
